Courtney Harrell
I’ve dedicated my life to my love for music as a singer, music teacher, and songwriter which has allowed me to perform and write for some of today’s biggest artists. I’ve also been a contestant on The Voice. So producing on America’s Got Talent allows me to bring all of those experiences together where I help lead the casting and music teams.

Renee Massie
Renee has enjoyed over 20 years in the entertainment industry as both a Casting Director, Contestant Producer and A&R Consultant. As a Senior Casting Producer on the show she has developed a keen eye for talent and is excited to be starting her 13th season! With a background in vocals, dance and the arts she understands the artist’s perspective and has a strong passion for discovering and fostering new acts from around the world.

I’m Kazu and I work on both casting and producing acts on the show. Over the years I’ve produced and casted amazing acts on the show and I am so grateful for the opportunity to be able to help careers and dreams come true! I can speak English, Japanese and Spanish so I believe I’m able to communicate in a wider capacity to bring in talent that we haven’t been able to before (especially internationally) so I can produce them in their native tongue.
